Quality policy

ALLCOT has implemented a quality management system that exists as part of a larger, overall management system. The QMS has been established for providing products and services which meet or exceed customer requirements, whilst satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

The primary focus of our QMS is to ensure that the company:

  • Meets or exceeds the requirements and expectations of our customers.
  • Continuously monitors, measures and improves customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitors, measures and improves its own performance.

ALLCOT operates under the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 – ISO 14001:2015 certified by Lloyds Register. It is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 163 national standards bodies.

Through its members, it brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market-relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges. The Central Secretariat is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
